Need to know a little more about the people in the highest echelons of power? Netapedia has all the information you would need about any of the top politicians in the country. The data on this site is gathered using affidavits filed by them MPLADS (Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme) Summary for each of the MPs. You can search for politicians based on site and constituency, or using the search bar.
The website, maintained by the students and alumnus of IIT-Bombay, displays a photograph, voting statistics, biographical info, educational qualifications, legal records and financial information of of each candidate. The “Council of Ministers” section lets you see a tree-graph of all the ministers according to their portfolio, while the resources section provides quick access to the Constitution of India Penal Code, and the latest budget.
